How the MSECO portfolio fits together
A plain guide to the ventures in MSECO's portfolio, what each one does, how the similarly named ones differ, and who runs what.
ConneqtCRM is a web-based work-tracking tool for small teams. Work is organised on shared boards, with typed columns, table, kanban and calendar views, comments, file attachments and simple automations, for leads, jobs, campaigns and client work that might otherwise be tracked in spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email.
It connects to other tools through an API and webhooks, and through a Model Context Protocol connection that lets a user's own AI assistant read and edit their boards.
It works as a work tracker rather than a customer database. CRM-style use comes as ready-made board templates, such as a lead tracker, instead of contact, deal or pipeline records.
ConneqtCRM's own account is that small teams often track leads and jobs in spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email, and lose sight of what has been done and what comes next, while the large work-management platforms can feel overbuilt for a team of five. It is built for that gap.
ConneqtCRM is organised as an organisation, then workspaces, boards, groups and items, with the structure kept deliberately light.
Items with typed columns such as status, person, date, number, link and file, shown as a table, a kanban board or a calendar.
Comments and attachments on each item, an activity log, global search and in-app notifications.
Event-driven triggers and actions with a run log, to remove repetitive follow-up.
A public API, webhooks and an MCP connection, so other tools and AI assistants can work with a team's boards.
Starting points for a lead tracker, an agency campaign tracker, a service job tracker, client onboarding and team tasks.
