How the MSECO portfolio fits together
A plain guide to the ventures in MSECO's portfolio, what each one does, how the similarly named ones differ, and who runs what.
Wisma OS is a cloud-based hospitality operating system. It combines a property management system with an integrated point of sale, built for hostels, villas, guesthouses, surf camps and small hotels in Indonesia.
It is designed for Indonesia first, with local currency and tax settings, English and Bahasa Indonesia for guest-facing screens, and WhatsApp treated as a main channel rather than an edge case.
It is live and accepting pilot properties in Bali, Lombok and Yogyakarta. The pilot profile is a single property of roughly five to fifty keys, run by its owner.
Connections to booking channels such as Booking.com, Agoda and Hostelworld, a native receipt-printer integration, direct tax-invoice submission and a native mobile app are not built yet.
Wisma OS's own account is that most small properties run on several tools at once. One handles reservations, another the bar, WhatsApp on a personal phone handles guest messages, a spreadsheet tracks daily revenue and a payments dashboard handles refunds.
It argues that most property systems in Indonesia are imported from other markets and treat WhatsApp, QRIS payments and Indonesian tax rules as edge cases. Wisma OS starts from the opposite assumption, that they are the main path.
Wisma OS puts the main jobs of a small property into one system, built to be used by owner-operators and their staff.
