Overview

Lead Analytix Data Vault is a private web database of B2B prospects. Staff can search companies and people, import lists from CSV files, assign prospects to client campaigns, export them, and keep a do-not-contact register that stays in force when a list is imported again.

It is invitation-only, with sign-in through a work Google account, and it is not offered to the public. It presents itself as Lead Conneqt's shared prospect database.

The opportunity

The same company or person can be a target for several clients at once. Keeping a separate copy for each client meant that staff could not see that another client was already working a prospect, and searches had to be repeated. The product is designed to hold each prospect once, so that the duplication goes away.

What it offers

The product is designed around a single shared pool of prospects, assigned to client campaigns.

  • One shared pool

The design holds a prospect once, so that a search can show in one place which clients have claimed it.

  • Import that recognises duplicates

CSV upload or paste, where records that already exist are recognised and never duplicated or overwritten.

  • Assignment to client campaigns

Prospects are sorted into client campaigns.

  • Export

Companies, people and contact details export as CSV files that open in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • A do-not-contact register

Email addresses and phone numbers can be blocked for every client, and entries are never deleted.
